How does check-in work?
Self check-in from 15:00 with a keypad lock. Before you arrive we send the instructions and code through your booking channel.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, in all five apartments: up to 2 small or 1 large pet, with a per-stay fee added when you book. Tick the option in the search.
Is it noisy at night?
The promenade has bars and restaurants, and on some weekends there is music until late. The windows insulate well and we leave earplugs in every apartment.
Where can I park?
There is free street parking nearby and a paid underground car park a few minutes away, around €26 per 24 hours.
What is the cancellation policy?
Flexible: full refund if you cancel at least 1 day before arrival. The exact policy for your rate is shown in the summary before you send your request.
Why book here instead of a platform?

What time is check-out?
By 11:00. To stay until 13:00, add late check-out when booking, subject to availability.
Is there a lift?
No. The apartments are on the first and second floors, by stairs.
How do I get here from the airport?
About 20 to 25 minutes by taxi. By public transport, metro L3 or L5 to Marítim and tram L8 to the Neptú stop, a short walk away.
Is it good for families?
Yes. All have a cot and baby bath; NEPTÚ24-1, -3 and -4 also have a high chair. For four people, NEPTÚ24-4 and NEPTÚ24-5 have a bedroom plus sofa bed.
Can I work remotely?
All have fast wifi and a work corner. Long stays of up to a year are welcome.
Are there beach things?
Yes, every apartment has beach basics: an umbrella and chairs or loungers, depending on the apartment.
